Innokin pod range compared, from the Klypse to the NE-MO

Search for an Innokin pod and you mostly land on shop listings, each built around a different model. Behind them sit several pod families whose cartridges do not swap between them, and the wrong pick leaves you with pods that will not fit your device, or with power that does not suit the way you vape. This comparison covers four of those families and weighs them on five points: battery, power, cartridge, coil options and ease of use.
Which Innokin pod to choose, the short answer
For most mouth to lung vapers, the Klypse Pro is the most complete Innokin pod, with a 1000 mAh battery, 6 to 25 W of adjustable power, adjustable airflow and a discreet side screen. It also takes the original Klypse cartridges.
Three situations change the pick. The Klypse Plus, with 1800 mAh, suits anyone who would rather not touch the wattage. The Trine family is the only one here with a removable battery. For a looser draw, look at the Endura V Pro and the NE-MO, both of which go down to 0.4 ohm.
The four families compared
The four families covered here have similar names and very different cartridges. More powerful pod mods such as the Kroma-Z (40 W) or the Coolfire P60 (60 W) sit outside this comparison, and so does the EZ Leva, because its spec sheet gives both 400 and 2400 mAh for the battery, along with a 2.5 ml cartridge that exceeds the 2 ml limit for any refillable pod sold in the UK.
Klypse, Klypse Pro and Klypse Plus
With no button and no settings, the original Klypse keeps to 700 mAh, a fixed 16 W and a 2 ml cartridge at 0.8 ohm, with an automatic cut-off after 10 seconds of continuous draw.
The Klypse Pro keeps a flat body 97 mm tall but moves to 1000 mAh, roughly 43 per cent more capacity, and lets you set anywhere from 6 to 25 W. Its hidden side screen lights up with a press of the button.
The Klypse Plus grows to 100 by 33.4 mm to fit 1800 mAh, more than two and a half times the battery of the original, but offers no power setting. Output follows the fitted coil, from 12 W at 1.2 ohm to 22 W at 0.6 ohm. It is also the only model here that accepts 5 V at 2 A when charging, where the others stop at 1 A.
Trine and Trine SE
Together with its SE version, the Trine is the only Innokin pod in this comparison with a removable battery, a 1000 mAh B1000 cell that comes out for charging. Power runs from 6 to 25 W in 0.5 W steps, and Innokin highlights its EcoDrain technology, which it says discharges the battery before disposal to lower the fire risk.
The Trine SE uses the same battery in a slightly slimmer body (15.08 mm against 15.57 mm), tops out at 25 W and fires on the draw.
Endura V, V Pro and V Box
Innokin pitches the Endura V as a starter device. It carries 1200 mAh, reaches 21 W and adjusts airflow through three holes on the side. The Endura V Pro keeps 1200 mAh but adds a 0.85 inch colour screen, a 6 to 35 W range and a 0.4 ohm coil option. It fires on the draw or with the button, and has a manual lock switch.
The Endura V Box moves to a true box shape, 52 by 89.1 by 20.3 mm in magnesium alloy and PCTG, with 1400 mAh, 6 to 30 W and a 0.99 inch screen.
NE-MO
The NE-MO carries the second largest battery in this comparison, 1750 mAh in a body 99 mm tall. Power adjusts from 6 to 30 W, a hidden OLED side screen shows battery, wattage and resistance, and retailers call its cartridge the N Pod, offered at 0.4 ohm (25 to 30 W), 0.6 ohm (18 to 22 W) and 0.8 ohm (12 to 15 W).
Every Innokin pod side by side
The figures below come from Innokin's spec sheets, with the N Pod name taken from retailers. Capacity is listed at 2 ml, the maximum for any refillable tank or pod sold in the UK, so the 3 ml and 4 ml versions shown on some sheets do not apply here. Our guide to the UK vaping rules covers the other limits.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Klypse | 700 mAh | 16 W fixed | Klypse 2 ml | 0.8 ohm | no settings |

Klypse, VCAP and N Pod cartridges, what fits what
This is the choice that commits you longest, because the cartridge is the part you replace. None of the sources we checked, manufacturer or retailer, lists a cartridge from one system as compatible with a device from another.
Klypse cartridges fill from the side and fit the Klypse, Klypse Pro and Klypse Plus, and Innokin states that the Klypse Pod V2 also works across the whole range.
VCAP cartridges fill from the top and fit the Trine, Trine SE, Endura V, V Pro and V Box. One detail deserves attention. Innokin only lists the 0.4 ohm version for the Endura V Pro and V Box, the two VCAP devices that go beyond 25 W.
The NE-MO keeps its own N Pod, which retailers do not link to any other device. Before ordering spares, check the cartridge family named on the spec sheet, not just the brand.
Which Innokin pod suits which vaper
No single model wins everywhere. The verdict depends on the draw you want and how much adjusting you are happy to do, but one device stands out for most people.
For a first vape kit
The Klypse Plus is the simplest pick, with power that sets itself and the largest battery in this comparison. The Endura V, which Innokin aims at newcomers, is the VCAP alternative. Our guide to choosing your first vape covers the other questions worth settling at this stage.
For fine-tuning a mouth to lung draw
The Klypse Pro wins here, and it is our overall pick, thanks to its 6 to 25 W range, adjustable airflow and discreet screen. The Trine is the other strong answer if a removable battery matters to you, in a taller body (110.93 mm against 97 mm).
For a looser draw
The Endura V Pro reaches 35 W with a colour screen, the NE-MO stops at 30 W but brings 550 mAh more battery, and both already run a 0.4 ohm coil. To see how they sit against other brands, our comparison of refillable pod vapes in the UK uses a similar grid.
FAQ
The questions that come up most about the range, answered from manufacturer and retailer spec sheets.
Can you change the coil in an Innokin pod cartridge? No, not on the models covered here. Klypse, VCAP and N Pod cartridges all have a built-in coil that cannot be replaced, so when the flavour fades the whole cartridge goes.
Do the Trine and Trine SE take the same battery? Yes. Both spec sheets name the same cell, the removable and rechargeable 1000 mAh B1000. Innokin also sells the Trine Power Hub separately for charging a battery outside the device.
What nicotine strength can go in an Innokin pod in the UK? Innokin lists VCAP cartridges as suitable for both nicotine salts and freebase nicotine. In the UK, nicotine e-liquid is capped at 20 mg/ml and sold in bottles of 10 ml or less, whichever cartridge you use.
Where do the Klypse Mecha and Klypse Zip fit in? Both appear in Innokin's global catalogue, and the Klypse Pro spec sheet lists their pods among those it accepts. This comparison sticks to the four families above, so they are not covered in detail.
How can I check that a pod kit is legal in the UK? Check that the pod holds 2 ml or less and that the product appears on the list of notified e-cigarettes published by the MHRA. Every nicotine vape sold in the UK has to be notified to the MHRA before it can go on sale.
The right Innokin pod starts with the cartridge
Read by cartridge, the range becomes easy to follow. The Klypse models keep things simple, VCAP covers the widest power spread, from the Trine to the 35 W Endura V Pro, and the NE-MO plays its own game with the N Pod.
Our pick is the Klypse Pro for most vapers, the Klypse Plus for anyone who would rather leave the wattage alone, and the Endura V Pro for a looser draw. Whichever Innokin pod you settle on, check the cartridge family before ordering spares. Our Voopoo Drag S review applies the same method to a more powerful pod mod, if you want to see how the formats compare.
